Inhaltsangabe: Gang der Untersuchung: Ziel der Diplomarbeit ist es, solche Konzepte der betrieblichen Bildung zu analysieren, die eine erlebnispädagogisch oder handlungsorientierte Grundlage haben. Dabei soll untersucht werden, inwiefern die offenbar in letzter Zeit immer wichtiger werdenden Schlüsselqualifikationen (z.B. Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative oder Problemlösefähigkeit) bei Führungskräften, Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden von Unternehmen durch erlebnis- und handlungsorientierte Trainings gefördert werden können. Die Arbeit ist in insgesamt acht Kapitel gegliedert. Nach einer Einleitung und Einführung in die Problematik des Themas geht es in Kapitel 2 zunächst um die Grundlagen der betrieblichen Bildung. Begriffe wie „betriebliche Ausbildung", „Weiterbildung", „Volksbildung", „Erwachsenenbildung" werden diskutiert, definiert und in ihrem historischen Wandel aufgezeigt. Im dritten Kapitel wird das Konzept der Schlüsselqualifikationen thematisiert. Es wird u.a. beschrieben, wie der Trend zur Dienstleistungs- und Informationsgesellschaft zunimmt durch Einführung neuer Technologien, Änderungen der Organisation der Arbeit und neue Anforderungen der Märkte - Faktoren, die insgesamt zu neuartigen Ansprüchen an die Qualifikation der Beschäftigten führen. Dabei ist auch das Konzept der Schlüsselqualifikationen einem gesellschaftlichen Wandel unterworfen. Im vierten Kapitel werden theoretische und historische Grundlagen handlungs- und erlebnisorientierter Konzepte erörtert. Hier geht es insbesondere um die pädagogischen Grundannahmen und Begründungen handlungsorientierten Lernens und Lehrens. In Anlehnung an Kurt Hahn werden die Wurzeln der modernen Erlebnispädagogik dargestellt und charakterisiert. Auch kritische Anmerkungen werden eingefügt. Im Mittelpunkt des fünften Kapitels steht die Anwendung bzw. der Transfer erlebnisorientierter Konzepte in die betriebliche Bildung.
