AKAD Fachhochschule Stuttgart, Veranstaltung: Innovations- und Technologieberatung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Ausarbeitung wurden zu Beginn die begrifflichen und theoretischen Grundlagen zu Beratungsprozessen aufgebaut und anschließend um die Vorstellung vorhandener Bewertungsmodelle des Beratungsprozesses ergänzt. Bei einer Unternehmensberatung handelt es sich um eine "eigenverantwortlich, zeitlich befristet, auftragsindividuell und zumeist gegen Entgelt erbrachte professionelle Dienstleistung" und besteht aus den Informations-, Analyse-, Problemlösungs- und Implementierungsphasen. Generell gibt es in der Literatur keine generellen Bewertungsmodelle für den Beratungserfolg. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, für Beratungen allgemeine Ansätze für die Bewertung von Dienstleistungen in angepasster Form zu verwenden. Solche Modelle wären beispielsweise das Vier-Level-Modell nach Kirkpatrick, das SERVQUAL-Modell aus dem Qualitätsmanagement oder das SERVPERF-Modell als eine Variante des SERVQUAL-Modells. Die verschiedenen möglichen Modelle wurden im Rahmen dieser Analyse vorgestellt. Der Hauptteil der vorliegenden Ausarbeitung befasst sich mit der Entwicklung eines Modells zur Erfolgsmessung von Beratungen und deren Anwendung am Beispiel eines fiktiven Unternehmens mit Aufzeigen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten. Dabei wurde ein Modell basierend auf die SERVPERF-Methode entwickelt, das eine Erweiterung in Form einer Gap-Analyse beinhaltet. Zudem wird in diesem Modell der Beratungserfolg aus Kunden- und Beratersicht gemessen. Anhand der Anwendung des Modells auf ein fiktives Unternehmen wurden diverse Optimierungsmöglichkeiten erkannt und erläutert. Generell ist dieses Modell eine einfache und überschaubare Möglichkeit, um bereits erste Tendenzen des Beratungserfolges zu erkennen.
