About the Author: James O. Rodgers's career includes seventeen years as a telecommunications executive and twenty-seven years as a full-time management consultant and diversity-management thought leader. He holds a BSEE from Howard University, an MBA from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, is a PhD student at Walden University, and has completed advanced studies at Stanford University and the Aspen Institute.
Elected a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Rodgers is the exclusive provider of Deliberate Diversity services. He is an active Bible and spiritual teacher and has served on numerous nonprofit boards.
Rodgers and his wife, Sharon, have been married for forty-six years. They have five children and ten grandchildren, and live in Lithonia, Georgia. In addition to Epiphany, Rodgers is the author of Managing Differently: Getting 100% from 100% of Your People 100% of the Time.
