Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Fahrzeugtechnik, Note: 1,0, Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen (VKA), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die geplante CO2 -Grenze von 95 g/km für eine mittlere Fahrzeugmasse von 1372kg erfordert deutliche Schritte zur Erhöhung der Effizienz von Verbrennungsmotoren. Das Downsizing von Motoren zur Reduzierung der Fahrzeugmasse und zur Minimierung der inneren Reibung leistet hierbei einen großen Beitrag. Dennoch ist ein Downsizing nur über aufwändige Aufladestrategien möglich, die zu immer höheren Spitzendrücken führen. Während der Zylinderspitzendruck bzw. die mechanische Belastung beim Dieselmotor der begrenzende Faktor ist, führt beim Ottomotor die Klopfproblematik zu einer Limitierung der Volllast-Mitteldrücke. Die Kombination von Downsizing mit einer Teilentdrosselung des Luftpfads durch einen vollvariablen Ventiltrieb verspricht zur Lösung dieses Zielkonfliktes beizutragen und erschließt durch Betriebspunktverlagerung deutliche Verbrauchspotenziale. Gleichzeitig verschärft sich jedoch die Problematik des ottomotorischen Klopfens. Die Miller-Strategie senkt das effektive Verdichtungsverhältnis durch frühen Einlassschluss und wirkt dieser Problematik entgegen, was neue Möglichkeiten eröffnet, wie beispielsweise eine alternative Klopfregelung. In der praktischen Umsetzung steigern diese vielfältigen Luftpfad-Variabilitäten jedoch den Bedarf an angepassten elektronischen Steuerungen, deren Software-Struktur die Voraussetzung schafft, die neuen Möglichkeiten auch in etablierte Strukturen, wie die Klopfregelung, eingreifen zu lassen und gleichzeitig neue Funktionen hinzuzufügen. Dafür sind Controller, die eine Steuerung des kompletten Motors im Fullpass ermöglichen, gut geeignet, da sie den vollen Zugriff auf alle Steuerungsoptionen ermöglichen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher, einen Prüfstandcontroller zu konzeptionieren und zu realisieren, der in der Lage ist die steigende Zahl der Luft
