Ziel dieses Buches war der Entwurf und die Untersuchung einer hochdynamischen Drehmomentregelung für einen Elektro- bzw. Hybridfahrzeugantrieb mit permanentmagneterregter Synchronmaschine (PMSM). Im Kapitel 2 werden Zahnspulenwicklungen für die vorhandene modulare PMSM ausgelegt und die Maschinenparameter mit Hilfe vom Programm SPEED bestimmt. Gegenstand des Kapitels 3 ist das mathematische Modell der PMSM. Es wird dabei zuerst auf die Raumzeigerdarstellung und Koordinatentransformation eingegangen und anschließend ein Gleichungssystem aufgestellt, das PMSM vollständig beschreibt. Das Kapitel 4 behandelt das Prinzip der direkten Drehmomentregelung der PMSM. Es wird die Arbeitsweise von einzelnen Regelungskomponenten erklärt und es werden die Modelle für die PMSM, den Umrichter, den Statorfluss- und Drehmomentregler, und den Schätzungsblock in Simulink gebildet. Anschließende Simulationen in Simulink-Umgebung untersuchen sowohl das Regelungsverhalten bei unterschiedlichen Abtastzeiten als auch den Einfluss der Regler-Toleranzbandbreite auf die Umrichter-Schaltfrequenz. Der Inhalt des Kapitels 5 ist die Optimierung der Regelungskomponenten. Es wird eine Maximales-Drehmoment-pro-Statorfluss-Kurve als Verweistabelle in das vorhandene Simulink-Modell der Regelung eingefügt und die Kompensation der temperaturabhängigen Änderung des Statorwiderstands durch Einsatz des proportional-integralen Schätzers durchgeführt. Im Anschluss wird die Regelung im rotorflussfesten -Koordinatensystem als Alternative vorgestellt. Das Kapitel 6 ist der Realisierung der Regelung in FPGA gewidmet. Es wird zuerst auf Digitalisierung der Regelungskomponenten und FPGA-Entwurf eingegangen, dann die digitale Regelung mit Hilfe von Programm Altera DSP Builder und Hardwarebeschreibungssprache VHDL in Simulink-Umgebung nachgebildet und schließlich alle Komponenten der direkten Drehmomentregelung mittels Programm Altera Quartus II in FPGA implementiert. In Kapitel 7 werden die Ergebnisse dieses Buches
About the Author: Konstantin Bushaev wurde 1976 in Russland geboren. Nach seiner Schulausbildung entschied sich der Autor für den Beruf des Elektroingenieurs. Schon während seines Diplomstudiums in Russland hat er die ersten Kenntnisse in den Gebieten Elektrische Maschinen und Automatisierte Elektroantriebe erworben. Nach der Übersiedlung nach Deutschland musste er, um hier als Elektroingenieur arbeiten zu dürfen, nochmals studieren. Beim Masterstudium an der TU Berlin, das er mit der Gesamtnote sehr gut abschloss, hat er Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkten Elektrische Energietechnik und Automatisierungstechnik studiert. Nun, wo Umweltschutz und Energieerhaltung immer wichtiger werden, stellt der Autor sein Regelungskonzept für Elektro- bzw. Hybridfahrzeuge vor.
