Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Sonstiges, Note: 1,2, Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft Berlin (Wirtschaftswissenschafgten), Veranstaltung: Arbeits- und Sozialstrukturen im Betrieb und gesellschaftliche Interessenvertretung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Bei meiner Hausarbeit über die Entwicklungsgeschichte der betrieblichen Arbeitsteilung möchte ich zunächst auf die Veränderung der Arbeitswelt vor der Entstehung der industriellen Gesellschaft eingehen. Bereits dort finden sich nämlich die Wurzeln des Systems der betrieblichen Arbeitsteilung. Geklärt werden soll unter anderem welche geschichtlichen Entwicklungen dieser Organisationsform zu Grunde liegen und welche Merkmale der frühen Gesellschaften sich auch später, in der Zeit der der betrieblichen Arbeitsteilung, noch wieder finden. Im nächsten Teil der Hausarbeit werde ich dann auf das Arbeitsleben der industriel-len Gesellschaft eingehen. Insbesondere wird dabei thematisiert, weshalb die Arbei-ter sich den Entwicklungen der Arbeitswelt anpassen mussten und mit welchen Mit-teln die Einhaltung der neuen Regeln durchgesetzt wurde. Dass die neue Form der Arbeitsorganisation von den Zeitgenossen auch widersprüchliche Meinungen hervorrief, soll anschließend anhand der Überlegungen von Adam Smith und Frederick Winslow Taylor deutlich gemacht werden. Der letzte Teil dieser Hausarbeit ist dann der Zeit gewidmet, in der die betriebliche Arbeitsteilung die stärkste Ausprägung erreicht hat. Dabei soll insbesondere die Entwicklung vom Austauschbau bis hin zur Massenproduktion am Beispiel der Ford Motor Company betrachtet werden. Ferner soll anhand der dargestellten Zusammenhänge erläutert werden, welche Vor- beziehungsweise Nachteile diese Form der Arbeitsorganisation mit sich brachte. Abschließend erfolgt dann ein kurzes Resümee, in dem die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse und Verknüpfungen herausgearbeitet werden.
