Homeoffice, Desk Sharing), um die es in dieser Hausarbeit geht, ist ein Beispiel dafür, inwiefern sich Unternehmen anpassen bzw. von Wettbewerbern abheben können. Flexible Arbeitsformen können sowohl Vorteile für das Unternehmen als auch für die Mitarbeiter/innen mit sich bringen. Jedoch haben Veränderungen (Change Management Prozesse) in Unternehmen zur Folge, dass Mitarbeiter/innen Widerstände diesen gegenüber zeigen werden.
