Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Nebel stellt in einigen Gebieten die Hauptquelle für Wasser dar. Er kommt mit lokalen Schadstoffen und natürlichen Stoffen in Kontakt und kann diese aufgrund seiner spezifischen Eigenschaften im Vergleich zum Regen stark anreichern. Die Konzentrationen der Nebelinhaltsstoffe, wie z. B. Huminstoffe oder auch Pestizide, können die nach der Henry-Konstante erwarteten bis um den Faktor 3000 übersteigen. Pestizide können über vielfältige Wege in die Atmosphäre gelangen, z. B. durch Evaporation während der Ausbringung oder Winderosion des Bodens. In Wasser gelöst oder an Partikel adsorbiert können sie, abhängig von ihrer Stabilität, über weite Distanzen in der Atmosphäre transportiert werden, gelangen hauptsächlich über feuchte Deposition wieder auf die Erdoberfläche zurück und können somit auch emissionsferne Gebiete erreichen. Methode: Die Probenahme des untersuchten Nebelwassers erfolgte am Waldstein/Fichtelgebirge wöchentlich in der Zeit vom 15.7. bis 18.8.2002 mit einem aktiven Fadensammler. An diesem emissionsfernen Waldstandort macht Nebel, der größtenteils durch advektierte Wolken bei Nordwest- und Westwind entsteht, 20-50 % des Gesamtniederschlagswassers aus. Da die Methodenentwicklung und nicht das Monitoring im Vordergrund des praktischen Teils der Arbeit stand, wurde nur eine geringe Probenanzahl von fünf Proben untersucht, die keine tiefer gehende Interpretation der gewonnen Daten zulässt. Für die Methodenentwicklung wurden 24 Pestizide und zwei Pestizid-Metaboliten aus den Gruppen der Triazine, Acetanilide, Harnstoffderivate, Sulfonylharnstoffe, Organophosphate und Chlorphenoxyessigsäuren und zusätzlich zwei Dinitrophenole ausgewählt. Die Methodenentwicklung erfolgte in mehreren Teilschritten: - Optimierung der Geräteparameter des LC-MS-MS. - Bestimmung der HPLC-Gradienten. - Erarbeitung einer Extraktionsmethode. - Versuche zur Qualitätssicherung. - Übertragung der Methode auf Nebelwasser. - Analyse der Nebelwass
