Seminar paper del año 2018 en eltema Pedagogía - Pedagogía de los medios, Idioma: Español, Resumen: La formación de un futuro docente del idioma inglés en la actualidad, cuando el auge de las TIC marca el ritmo de la transformación en todas las áreas de la vida del ser humano, debe apoyarse en el entrenamiento y uso de estas herramientas tanto para su propio proceso de aprendizaje como en el formativo en el que deberá desarrollar sus competencias en la facilitación del idioma. No obstante, el estudiante de esta era no está exento del manejo de las TIC; por el contrario, supera a sus docentes y se vale de éstas fuera de clases para complementar el aprendizaje y práctica del idioma, lo cual lo convierte en un aprendiz digital responsable de su propio aprendizaje heutagógico. El conjunto de aplicaciones de internet que emplea para perfeccionar su conocimiento del idioma conforma su Entorno Personal de Aprendizaje (PLE), por lo que el presente artículo trata sobre el estudio doctoral acerca de la construcción heutagógica de textos discursivos o enunciados comunicativos del idioma inglés por parte de futuros facilitadores de inglés con el uso de sus PLEs, indagación que prevé la aplicación de una metodología mixta, cuanti-cualitativa, sustentada en un diseño convergente-paralelo o triangulación concurrente, a través del uso de la observación participante, entrevistas a profundidad y un cuestionario. Se tiene prevista una muestra de 10 estudiantes provenientes de la Carrera de Educación Especialidad Inglés del Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas, Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL) y de la Licenciatura de Educación Mención Inglés de la Universidad Simón Rodríguez (UNESR).
