They learn over the course of days that the root cause of the disaster they are facing was created on ancient Earth in the time when the horse was the fastest means of transportation.
About the Author: As a youth Tom Ireland had interest in science fiction that led him into a career in information technology. He has broad interests in technology and science and enjoys travelling with his wife and dogs in his spare time. His interest in travel was a natural outgrowth of being raised in the military and his own time as an Air Force officer. He has lived in Japan, Turkey and Canada and traveled through Taiwan and Okinawa and many European countries on business and for pleasure. These days he is focused on visiting as much of the United States and Canada as his busy schedule permits. Tom's first published work was a technical paper at Oklahoma State University which won first place in a competition of what was then the Big Eight Universities. Since then he has written several books on technology leadership and program management some of which have been past best sellers on Amazon.
