About the Author: Liu Zhibiao is a Professor and Dean of the School of Economics, Nanjing University, Standing Director of the Research Center for the Yangtze River Delta Economic and Social Development, and Member of the Evaluation Group for Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education. Liu was among the first Chair Professors in humanities and social sciences (economics) of "Chang Jiang Scholarship Program" selected by the Ministry of Education of China. Fan Zhiyong is an Associate Professor of Economics, School of Economics, Renmin University of China. His researches focus on the international capital market research and open macroeconomics. His publications include China's Monetary Economics and Its International Comparisons (2007), Research on China's Demand-Pull Inflation and Cost-Push Inflation and Its Policy Choice (2008) Huang Juan is a Professor of the School of Economics, Renmin University of China. She teaches and researches in the areas of monetary banking and commercial banking. She is the author of the book An Introduction to Commercial Banks. Her research papers include Towards the Deposit Insurance System, the Stabilization and Efficiency Research of Chinese Banking System, Risks in Commercial Banks: Scale Effects and Non-interest Income Zheng Jianghuai is the Head of the Department of Industrial Economics at the University of Nanjing. He also serves as a Researcher of the Economic and Social Development Research Center of the Yangtze River Delta and Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurs at the University of Nanjing. Jin Zhesong earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Kobe, Japan. He is currently Professor of Finance and the Dean of the school of Economics at the Central University of Finance and Economics. Jin teaches and researches in the areas of international economics and industrial economics. His major publications include International Trade Structure, China's International Trade and Comparative Advantage Structure. Li Jun is a Professor and the Department Head of International Economics and Trade, at the Central University of Finance and Economics. Li teaches and researches in the areas of theory and policy of international trade, international finance and economic cooperation. Xu Xiongqi is the Dean of the School of Economics, Chongqing University of Technology, and the Director of the Chongqing Institute of Quantitative Economics. Xu's research interests are in the areas of financial economics, macro-econometrics and labor economics. Xie Fei is a Professor of Economics, Visiting Scholar of Australian National University, a member of MBA Teaching Steering Committee of Chongqing University of Technology. Xie's research mainly covers enterprise risk management and industrial economy. He published Risk Quantification in the International Commercial Rate, Financial History of Yuzhong District, Enterprise Management, Principles of Public Relations, etc.
