About the Book
Enlightenment, the meaning of life.
Enlightenment is defined as a "concrete truth", or "a permanent state of realization". The definition of enlightenment is that it allows one to see things from a different perspective. Enlightenment can mean different things to different people, but it may mean the most basic truth that we are all the same and are part of the one world.
We are all the same and everyone who can see reality is aware of this truth. The universe itself is enlightened, as everything, including you, has been created by the same intelligence - the one that makes the world, including you, into what it is.
Enlightenment is a state of consciousness that we all enjoy, and for different reasons, so much of the information that is available to people's needs and wants are provided on the internet. Enlightenment is something that we all need, but if we don't have it, we find it difficult to get.
Mastery in a particular skill, such as becoming an expert in speaking Spanish, takes years of practice, an attitude of self-discipline and the discipline to seek out other ways of learning. Being enlightened means we will never be at a loss for words, our language will never go out of style, and our job will never become harder than it already is.
Enlightenment is the end of fear, the lack of guilt and the need to please others.
Enlightenment is the joy of living fully with love and freedom. Enlightenment has nothing to do with what you read, or what you hear on the radio. Enlightenment means living in the world as it is and not being restricted by it, and choosing to live in the world as it should be, not as it was.
Vision, however, is the quality that enables us to see and experience all things without prejudice. Vision is one of the first things that an individual learns, and it is also the quality that most often holds people back. Vision is the state where we know who we are, where we came from, where we are going, and what we have to do. With enlightenment, the mind will no longer discriminate between what is in reality and what is in our imagination.
With the freedom to choose, there is no control over our minds, and we learn how to direct them rather than our brains being controlled by what we want. This helps us to learn to trust ourselves and to know that we are free to choose whatever we wish. Seeing our lives in this way, we feel peace and clarity. And through knowing our own nature, we also know more clearly our purpose in life and know more clearly our own freedom.
When we surrender to our own enlightened nature, we begin to have the freedom to think and to act in ways that we are most comfortable with.
When we reach enlightenment, the self that is born in the belly of the mother may become able to change itself and to serve the betterment of the world, and help others to become the masters of their own destinies.
