Rishi (The Enlightened) visits mountain town of Uttarkashi by the holy river Ganges. A Hermit (Poisonous-herbs and Black-magic expert plus ex-Snake-charmer) walked to Uttarkashi several years ago, is waiting for enlightened to arrive. In New York, American billionaire Roger (just one step short of type-2 diabetes and heart attack) also reaches Uttarkashi. in Mumbai, Roger's brother's Bishambar's son Sonny has lost an enormous amount of money in illegal betting with Mumbai Underworld; Bishambar and his spoiled son Sonny also arrive there to ask him for more money. Vinita works for Roger's Indian concern in Uttarkashi. Once Rishi pulled her out of poverty and she reveres him. A Priest gave up his Nirvana dream long ago. All meet in Uttarkashi (coincidence). Roger falls in love with Vinita. Rishi asks Hermit to treat Roger. Mumbai Underworld Don has a plan to blackmail Roger by using Sonny. With Rishi around Roger's all problems start solving, they all go Mumbai. Sonny kills his hospitalized father. Doctor tries to Blackmail Roger but Rishi foils the attempt and doctor dies. Roger's nephew plans to murder Rishi with the help of Mafia. Rishi hits mafia, steals Don's diamonds, and delivers them to charity. In a state of confusion Don declares a gang war. They return to Uttarkashi, Roger marries Vinita; Rishi skillfully nullifies prenuptial agreement and also assembles all concerned parties to forgive the spoiled nephew. Hermit attains Nirvana. Rishi murders three gangsters in Mumbai but leaves evidences for the police to follow him, a politician 'Kalu Yadav' delivers him all forensic evidences at the banks of Holy River. Rishi visits USA to attend his cousin sister's wedding and visits Roger. Roger has shared his wealth with his wife Vinita; she used all her money to run poverty irradiation programs. Vinita and Rishi meet again in Uttarkashi. Vinita attains Nirvana.
