About the Author

N. Devaki has a decade of experience in teaching and research. She was awarded Ph.D in Education, M.Ed., M.Sc (Psy)., M.A (Eng), M.Phil(Eng), M.Phil (Edu) from various reputed Indian institutions. She has been serving as an Assistant professor in the department of Education, Gandhigram Rural Institute, Gandhigram since 2003. She has visited Srilanka three times to provide training in English Language Teaching. She has presented and published papers in many National and International Conferences and Journals. She has a perennial quest for learning and scholarship. Her aspirant tentacles try to reach even far flung areas to promote education and developmental activities so as to scale new peaks in social development.
