About the Author: Nacimos en Barcelona en 1970. Nuestra curiosidad por la cocina empezó a los ocho años gracias a la
abuela Catalina, con quien recorríamos los mercados de la ciudad descubriendo cada día un mundo de
olores y sabores.

A los catorce años entramos en la escuela Arnadí. Después de formarnos con el maestro Josep Lladonosa,
iniciamos un aprendizaje por separado en las mejores cocinas de toda Europa y junto a los más grandes
chefs. En 2002, y con todo este bagaje acumulado, nos reunimos para emprender proyectos comunes primero
en Jávea, después en Brasil y más tarde en Barcelona, donde conseguimos nuestra primera estrella
Michelin con el restaurante Dos Cielos en 2010.

Nos encanta asumir retos y ponemos toda la ilusión en acercar la alta cocina a todos los públicos, por
eso desde 2015 no faltamos a nuestra cita diaria en Televisión Española con Torres en la cocina. En
2017 abrimos un nuevo Dos Cielos en Madrid, y actualmente preparamos la apertura de nuestro proyecto
gastronómico más personal en Barcelona.
