This Emergency Drug / Med Supply Kit (EDK) Record Book 3m(id size) is an 8.5 x 11 inch softbound book that is divided into convenient, easily accessible sections:
* EDK Kit Drug /Medication Supply Pages - 100 each (front of page).
* Drug / Medication Disposition Pages - 100 each (back of page)
This book includes numbered pages to record EDK emergency drug/medication administration, including tracking seal numbers, drug / med name, strength, etc. Each page is for recording a single, individual drug / med, with 34 lines each for recording distribution / administration.
The back side of each of these pages contains a section to document transferring, surrendering, discontinuing, and destruction / waste of the medication. Each page is for recording the drug / med disposition of the corresponding drug / med on the front of the page . These pages also include a section for the waste / destruction of each individual drug / med.

Some of our record books have numbers and letters and some do not. Understanding the codes will ensure that you get the record book that is best suited for your needs.
SOME record books do not have numbers or letters and are the original record books. Some original books may contain an "R" or "r" in their title as well.
Those with numbers are different variations of the originals, based upon customer input / feedback. For example, the record book title that ends with 2 is the second version of that particular book. The interior pages of each version of the books are formatted differently to facilitate specific needs.
Record books with letters at the end of the title (i.e. an "M/m" or "S/s") indicate the size relative to the original record book. For example, an "M" or "m" indicates mid-sized and contains 2/3 the number of pages, while an "S" or "s" indicates slim-sized, which contains 1/3 the number of pages of the original.
For Example a title of Emergency Drug / Med Supply Kit (EDK) Record Book 3m would indicate the third version, mid-sized book with 2/3 as many pages as the original size.
Please review each version / variation to find the one that best suits your needs. Then decide on the number of pages you need and choose the original, mid-sized, or slim-sized book.
