About the Book

Quítate la venda de los ojos.
Cuestiona tu sistema de creencias.
Abraza el cambio y la transformación.
Sé valiente y atrévete a vivir tu propia vida.

-Mark Twain

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

Take off the blindfolds.
Question your belief system.
Embrace change and transformation.
Be brave and dare to live your own life.

We generally lead a second-hand, artificial, and pre-established existence. The truth is that we have completely lost the art of living. We don't know who we really are or what we live for, nor how to feel truly happy. Since we don't have an internal compass, we simply follow the previously carved path followed by most people. We study. We work. We consume. And we entertain ourselves, getting addicted to all kinds of things to fill our emptiness.

However, sooner or later we enter a deep existential crisis, experiencing sorrow and anguish overload. That's when we do something revolutionary: start a process of self-discovery, questioning all beliefs with which we were conditioned by society. In turn, we free ourselves from all the mental chains that kept us imprisoned. And as a consequence, we dare to follow our own path in life, honoring our uniqueness as human beings.

"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect." --Mark Twain
