Un agotamiento progresivo del modelo socioeconómico y una pérdida de valores creciente que se acrecienta por la falta de autoridad, a nivel mundial. Desde muchos lugares del mundo, se reclama un país que sea líder para efectuar los profundos cambios que se necesitan hacer para salir airosos de la crisis mundial. La tentación de establecer un Nuevo Orden que ponga fin al caos social y económico imperante, donde los bancos y entidades financieras sólo son los que salen beneficiados de la crisis, y el esto se empobrece. La economía financiera se ha hecho dueña de las naciones que comprenden el mundo. Desde los estamentos políticos y militares norteamericanos se impulsa el restablecimiento del liderazgo de Estados Unidos en el mundo para acabar con la progresiva pérdida de poder que sufre el País norteamericano en el contexto mundial. El retorno del Principado dará paso a una nueva era. En Estados Unidos, se produce un golpe de Estado bajo las órdenes del General Thomas J. Greeley que establece la Dictadura Constitucional. Al mismo tiempo, con la ayuda del Pentágono y la CIA se decide destruir las ciudades donde se alojan las sedes bursátiles más importantes del mundo. En poco días, Tokyo, Zürich, Frankfurt, Paris, Londres...son destruidas al estallar en cada una de ellas una bomba atómica. La autoría de estos monstruosos atentados ha sido atribuida a una organización terrorista formada por un conglomerado multinacional que reúne a japoneses, suizos, alemanes, vascos, bretones, irlandeses y norteamericanos. Al parecer, la llamada PAZ AMERICANA se encuentra a punto de establecer un nuevo orden que tiene grandes visos de imponerse en todo el mundo. About the Author: Jonathan Gabinah, nacido en Donostia-San Sebastián, (País Vasco), concluyó sus estudios de ingeniería industrial para, posteriormente especializarse en diversas disciplinas relacionadas con la sociología y la economía, para ocuparse, exclusivamente, de la Prospectiva- Estratégica, al objeto de mejorar y enriquecer los errores propios de la planificación estratégica clásica. Su preocupación por el futuro y el largo plazo, le llevaron a investigar la forma de controlarlo y de aplicar una estrategia que fuera movilizadora, que se anticipara a los acontecimientos, aún a costa de ser rupturista, y que estuviera, en consecuencia, dotada de objetivos estratégicos, realistas y concretos, que garantizaran el éxito de las apuestas de futuro. Así, junto con otros prospectivistas, ha desarrollado y aplicado con éxito la metodología prospectivo-estratégica en numerosos trabajos efectuados para empresas públicas y privadas, a nivel empresarial, gubernamental y territorial, a nivel mundial. Posteriormente, a partir de los años 90, se siente muy atraído por la idea de construir futuros, en base al desarrollo sostenible. También, con el deseo de superar los enfoques excesivamente ambientalistas que, en sus inicios, conoce el desarrollo sostenible, crea y desarrolla una nueva metodología que combina la Prospectiva-Estratégica con los conceptos de Sostenibilidad y de Competitividad Estratégica. A partir del año 2009, tras fijar su residencia en Israel, se ocupa fundamentalmente de la Prospectiva Tecnológica y al análisis continuado de la evolución e impactos de la Tercera Depresión Económica que desde hace casi una década sufrimos. Jonathan Gabinah es autor de otros libros y de numerosos artículos y conferencias y desempeña un papel activo en la divulgación de los métodos de análisis prospectivos a escala local e internacional.
