Dazu wurden folgende Forschungsfragen gestellt: Zeigt der Einsatz von Praxisanleitenden in Skills-Labs einen positiven Effekt auf die Qualität der praktischen Pflegeausbildung? Welche Rollen und Aufgaben können Praxisanleitende in Skills-Labs im Kontext der Anleitung übernehmen? Welche Rahmenbedingungen werden benötigt, um Praxisanleitende in Skills-Labs vermehrt einsetzen zu können? Um die Forschungsfragen zu beantworten, sind mittels systematischem Rechercheprozess insgesamt neun internationale und eine nationale Studie gefunden und analysiert worden. Da sowohl qualitative wie auch quantitative Erhebungen berücksichtigt wurden, handelt es sich bei dieser Ausarbeitung um eine integrative Literaturarbeit. Es zeigt sich, dass Praxisanleitende, die in einem Skills-Lab eingesetzt werden, einen positiven Effekt auf die praktische Qualität der Pflegeausbildung haben. Es konnten Aufgaben identifiziert werden, die von Praxisanleitenden in diesem Kontext übernommen werden können. Die benötigten Rahmenbedingungen lassen sich nur annähernd abbilden. Die Ergebnisse geben Aufschluss über den Nutzen und die Notwendigkeit weitere Forschungen in diesem Bereich anzustreben. Eine direkte Übertragung der Ergebnisse auf Deutschland ist nur bedingt möglich, da die Ausbildungsbedingungen im internationalen Bereich große Unterschiede aufweisen, genauso wie die Qualifikation und die Tätigkeiten von Praxisanleitenden.
