Die Autoren dieses Buches analysieren die typischen Schwierigkeiten und beschreiben eine Vorgehensweise zur CRM-Einführung, die sich in der Praxis bewährt hat. Das Buch bietet dabei spezifische Beispiele aus einem Projekt, welches bei einer kleineren, gemeinnützigen Organisation im kulturellen Umfeld durchgeführt wurde und mit einer erfolgreichen CRM Einführung geendet hat. Dabei werden verschiedene Aspekte des Projektmanagements und der allgemeinen Vorgehensweise, die Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse sowie die technische Umsetzung näher betrachtet. About the Author: Jens Lehmann ist Berater bei der Dörffler + Partner GmbH, einer mittelständischen Unternehmensberatung mit den Schwerpunkten CRM und BI. Er ist dort in beiden Bereichen tätig und beschäftigt sich dabei unter anderem mit der Datenmigration von semi-strukturierten CRM Daten sowie dem Customizing von CRM-Lösungen. Ein weiteres Tätigkeitsfeld ist die Datenintegration von komplexen Enterprise-Daten mit Hilfe etablierter Werkzeuge sowie Datenbanksystemen. In seinem Studium an der Hochschule Hannover hat er sich auf Customer Relationship Management konzentriert und das Studium mit einem Bachelor of Arts abgeschlossen. Michael Olschimke ist als Senior Consultant bei der Dörffler + Partner GmbH in den Bereichen Customer Relationship Management und Business Intelligence tätig. Dabei unterstützt er Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer CRM Initiativen: Von der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Ermittlung der Geschäftsanforderungen, Customizing der CRM-Lösungen bis hin zum Projektmanagement. Er hat sein Studium an der Fachhochschule Bingen mit einem Diplom (FH) in angewandter Informatik abgeschlossen. Zusätzlich hat er einen Master of Science an der Santa Clara University im amerikanischen Silicon Valley, Kalifornien erhalten. Er hält Vorlesungen an der Hochschule Hannover in den Bereichen Business Intelligence und Customer Relationship Management.
