Es freut mich, den fünften Band meiner Arbeit mit dem Titel Einführung in die thomistische Metaphysik vorzustellen. In diesem Werk untersuche ich das Seiende in Bewegung. Diese Untersuchung basiert auf der Lehre von Akt und Potenz. Obwohl einige behaupten, die Entwicklung dieser Lehre sei das Wesen des thomistischen Denkens, erwähne ich diese Position nur, ohne mich auf ihre Seite zu stellen. Streng genommen sehe ich die Frage nicht so klar. Vorläufig. Sicher ist, dass nach Aristoteles und Sankt Thomas das Problem des Seins und des Seienden nicht untersucht werden kann, ohne sich auf den Akt und die Potenz zu beziehen. Denn das Seiende wird auf verschiedene Weisen ausgedrückt. Und eine davon ist das Seiende in Akt und das Seiende im Potenz. Über diese Frage zu debattieren, führt uns notwendigerweise zur Bewegung. Oder auch zum Wandel und zum Werden von Seienden. Das bedeutet, zur Naturphilosophie oder zur Physik. Obwohl es etwas kühn ist, bei Aristoteles die Philosophie des Seins von der Naturphilosophie zu trennen, habe ich diese Trennung respektiert. Die metaphysische Betrachtung des Wandels oder der Bewegung erzwingt die physikalische Betrachtung desselben. Ich habe versucht, so klar und didaktisch wie möglich über ein Thema zu sprechen, bei dem Aristoteles nicht so klar und didaktisch war, wie man es sich wünschen würde. In der Tat ist die austauschbare Verwendung der Begriffe Veränderung und Bewegung, die er zunächst als unterschiedlich und dann als synonym betrachtet, etwas verwirrend. Ich habe auf eine Einleitung verzichtet, weil ich sie für überflüssig halte, und gehe direkt zu den Themen über, die sich wie folgt auf 8 Kapitel verteilen: 1-Die Wirklichkeit der Veränderung 2-Die Veränderung. 3-Die Bewegung. 4-Die Materie. 5-Die Form. 6-Einführung in Akt und Potenz. 7-Die Potenz. 8-Die Akt. Zum Abschluss. Endnoten. Die Verweise auf andere Autoren sind zahlreich, wie es meine Gewohnheit ist.
