Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Energiewissenschaften, Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) (Institut für Industriebetriebslehre und Industrielle Produktion), Veranstaltung: Lehrstuhl für Energiewirtschaft, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ziel der Arbeit ist die Identifikation von Einflussfaktoren auf die Kaufentscheidung bei alternativ betriebenen Fahrzeugen mittels einer systematischen Analyse existenter Studien zu diesem Thema. Hierzu werden zunächst die auf das Produkt bezogenen unterschiedlichen Kaufentscheidungskriterien hergeleitet und mit deren Hilfe ein kurzer Vergleich von Fahrzeugen vorgenommen, die mit Erdgas, Autogas, Biokraftstoff, Wasserstoff oder durch Batterie betrieben werden. Die Relevanz der einzelnen produktbezogenen Kriterien für die Kaufentscheidung hängt hierbei sowohl von individuellen Einstellungen und Vorlieben des Käufers als auch von seinem soziodemographischen Hintergrund ab. Die Studien zeigen, dass die Bewertung monetärer Aspekte des Fahrzeugkaufs neben dem Einkommen stark von der subjektiven Wahrnehmung des Käufers beeinflusst wird. So gilt in Anlehnung an die Prospect Theorie, dass der Anschaffungspreis ein übergeordnetes Kriterium bei der Kaufentscheidung darstellt, zukünftige Strafzahlungen (z.B. Kraftstoffpreiserhöhungen oder Steuernachteile für konventionell betriebene Fahrzeuge) jedoch auf Grund der menschlichen Risikoaversion noch höher gewichtet werden. Neben den "kundenbezogenen" Determinanten entscheidet besonders der Marktanteil am gesamten Automobilgesamtmarkt darüber, wie unterschiedliche Produkteigenschaften (z.B. Reichweite oder Tankdauer) bewertet werden. Mit steigendem Marktanteil sinken hier die Bedenken, die Konsumenten bezüglich einer neuen Technologie haben. Auf Basis der Betrachtung unterschiedlicher Wechselwirkungen zwischen produkt- und kundenbezogenen Kaufentscheidungskriterien können im Anschluss potentielle Erstkäufergruppen der jeweiligen alternativ betriebenen Fahrzeuge ermittelt werden, wo
