Dabei werden verschiedene Ansätze und Maßnahmen zur Förderung eines positiven Betriebsklimas aus verschiedenen Quellen anhand einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring entnommen. Zunächst werden die theoretischen Grundlagen des Betriebsklimas sowie die Mitarbeitermotivation erläutert. Anschließend werden verschiedene strategische und organisatorische Maßnahmen aus den vorliegenden Quellen kategorisiert. Diese Erkenntnisse werden zum Abschluss mit Handlungsempfehlungen verbunden, bevor die Güteprüfung im letzten Kapitel die Hausarbeit abschließt. In der heutigen Arbeitswelt gewinnen nicht-monetäre Faktoren für Beschäftigte immer mehr an Bedeutung. Einer im Jahr 2020 in Auftrag gegebenen Umfrage des Jobportals Indeed nach spielen dabei das Team und die Kollegen mit 59% (noch vor monetären Faktoren mit 54%) die größte Rolle und beeinflussen so maßgeblich die Motivation der Mitarbeiter, für einen Arbeitgeber tätig zu sein. Verbindet man dies mit der aktuellen Arbeitsmarktsituation in Deutschland wird schnell deutlich, dass die Arbeitgeber-Attraktivität zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil geworden ist. Im 10-Jahresvergleich der offiziell als offen gemeldeten Arbeitsstellen in Deutschland zeigt sich ein Anstieg von 68,9% von 456.975 Stellen auf nunmehr 771.788, die mit den vorhandenen Arbeitskräften nicht besetzt werden können. Zieht man hier noch den absehbar fortschreitenden demografischen Wandel dazu, wird deutlich, dass sich die Situation für Arbeitgeber nicht zeitnah entspannen wird und sie Wege finden müssen, um die ihre Attraktivität auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu steigern und auch nicht-monetäre Fakto
