An dieser Stelle setzt die vorliegende Diplomarbeit an und erörtert die Grundlagen für ein solches Konzept zur Kundenzufriedenheitsmessung im Unternehmen Therme Meran AG. Die Erhebung der Daten zur Kundenzufriedenheit wird dabei nicht durchgeführt, da der Fokus auf der Erstellung eines ausgereiften und durchdachten Konzepts der Kundenzufriedenheitsmessung liegt. Zu Beginn der Arbeit wird deshalb ein systematischer Überblick über objektive und subjektive Verfahren der Zufriedenheitsmessung erarbeitet, um ein Instrument zu identifizieren, welches für die Erhebung der Zufriedenheit in einem Kur- und Thermalbad geeignet ist. Daraus ist ersichtlich, dass eine einwandfreie Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit nur durch die Kombination mehrerer Verfahren garantiert werden kann.
