Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Beratung, Therapie, Note: 2, Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg (Institut für Pädagogik), Veranstaltung: Grundlagen psychologischer Beratung in päd. Konfliktfeldern, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Eine Referendarin berichtete in einem Erfahrungsbericht von ihrem Unterricht in einer neunten Klasse. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler hätten keine Motivation, sie würden lieber Karten spielen oder Zeitschriften lesen. Nach geraumer Zeit entschloss sich die Lehrerin, mit der Klasse über die unterschiedlichen Wahrnehmungen der Unterrichtssituation zu diskutieren. Die Referendarin, sowie die Schülerinnen und Schüler tauschten ihre Gedanken und Gefühle aus und fanden letztlich eine gemeinsame Basis, um den Unterricht zu optimieren (vgl. Wagner 1987, 17f.). Die Kommunikation zwischen Lehrer und Schülern gab in diesem Fallbeispiel den Ausschlag, um das Lernklima zu verbessern. Auch in anderen Klassen und Schulen lässt die Kommunikation zwischen den Lehrenden und Lernenden deutlich zu wünschen übrig und müsste dringend optimiert werden, um auch das Lehr- und Lernklima zu verbessern. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich auf der Grundlage des Modells von Thomas Gordon (1918-2002) über das Lehrer-Schüler-Training mit unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten, wie man die Kommunikation zwischen Lehrern und Schülern verbessern könnte. Die Arbeit wird zunächst die Humanistische Psychologie als psychologischen Hintergrund, sowie den philosophischen Ursprung kurz skizzieren. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass die Beschränkung auf wenige Vertreter der kurz gehaltenen Darstellung entgegen kommt. Da Quitmann Kierkegaard (1813-1855) als "Großvater" und Heidegger (1889-1976) als "Vater" der Existenzphilosophie bezeichnet (1996, 67), muss demzufolge nicht extra auf andere Vertreter der Existenzphilosophie eingegangen werden.
