Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Ingenieurwissenschaften - Maschinenbau, Note: 1,7, Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg (Konstruktion und Festigkeit von Schiffen), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Rahmen dieser Bachelorarbeit wird zunächst eine ausführliche Basis über dynamisch belastete Bauteile und die damit verbundene Problematik geschaffen. Anschließend werden zahlreiche Datenpunkte (Spannung, Lebensdauer) statistisch ausgewertet und interpretiert. Die Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit der statistischen Auswertung der Schwingfestigkeit Schweißnahtprofil-optimierter Stumpfnähte. Zunächst wird die Schwingfestigkeit in geschweißten Bauteilen und Konstruktionen näher betrachtet, die Einflussfaktoren diesbezüglich herausgestellt und einige Methoden zur Verbesserung der Schwingfestigkeit umrisshaft erläutert. Dabei wird die Nachbehandlungsmethode Ausschleifen (engl: burr grinding) ausführlicher dargelegt. Anschließend wird der Effekt von Materialfestigkeit und anderer wichtiger Parameter auf die Schwingfestigkeit nachbehandelter Schweißnähte hervorgehoben. In dem zweiten Teil der Arbeit wird der international anerkannte Standard: engl: "ASTM E739 - 10 (Reapproved 2015) Standard Practice for Statistical Analysis of Linear or Linearized Stress-Life and Strain-Life Fatigue Data" vorgestellt und anschließend für die statistische Auswertung eines Datensatzes beispielhaft angewendet. Das Ergebnis der Auswertung besteht aus einer Tabelle mit statistischen Parametern und einer Entwurfswöhlerlinie. Als nächstes werden einige Veröffentlichungen zur Optimierung der Schwingfestigkeit vorgestellt. Gleichzeitig bilden diese Veröffentlichungen einen großen Teil des zu untersuchenden Probenumfangs. Zum Schluss werden die Auswertungsergebnisse zusammengefasst und diskutiert. Viele Konstruktionen sind zeitlich veränderlichen Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt.
