About the Book

This work draws attention to the care that we should take with health in general, prioritizing Education for Stress. This is possible when we treat and educate stress from the care of human communication that involves breathing, diction, voice, language, phonetics and body expressions. Knowing that human beings are gregarious and social, communication permeates all aspects of each person's daily life that will be reflected in the collective of societies. Observing some professions, we realized that when a professional does not achieve adequate communication in the work environment, this professional tends to isolate himself, impairing his performance in the team and his health. However, the lack of adequate communication involves all sectors of human society, such as: the family, Schools and Universities, religious, political groups and all other sectors. Educating Stress can be divided into stages: At first we make a history of communication as a health factor. In a second moment, we promote a trip to the center of each person's "I" with the aim of deep self-knowledge. In a third moment, we practice specific body exercises with the objective of achieving adequate eutony to individual activities. This different way of stress education aims to promote a new way of taking care of health. In this new look at health, we have the definition that, "health goes beyond the absence of disease, general well-being is important". General well-being includes caring for memories, emotions, feelings, thoughts, communication and self-knowledge. The results obtained with this new clinical approach, is the promotion of General Well-being - physical and emotional, resulting in a profound change in lifestyle and in the new way of being in the world. There was an exchange of a stressful behavior for another smooth and harmonic behavior. This work can be developed in Companies, Schools, Universities, Clinics, Class Associations and in any sector of society. Stress is an Energy, so it must be taken care of as an exchange of energies. Where breathing associated with body movements and self-knowledge, promote a new quality of life desired by therapy. As a result, a more pleasant and adequate intra and interpersonal communication for each individual daily situation. I cite as examples: the lack of dialogue in family life, leading many marriages to divorce. The lack of interaction of the components of a work team, leading to the failure of the group's activities. The media when it offers inappropriate and unrealistic news. And in the daily life of cities. Everyone who purchases this work will have an always up-to-date tool to help keep stress under control consciously. Gratitude to all who read and practice the exercises contained in this work and, above all, achieve their individual balance, the main object of this work. Gratitude to all who give us feedback on the results obtained. Regina Viana.
