Observando algumas profissões, percebemos que quando um profissional não consegue uma comunicação adequada no ambiente de trabalho, este profissional tende a se isolar, prejudicando sua atuação na equipe e sua saúde. Educando o Estresse pode ser dividido em etapas: No primeiro momento fazemos um histórico da comunicação como fator de saúde. Num terceiro momento praticamos exercícios corporais específicos com o objetivo de alcançar eutonia adequada às atividades individuais. Essa maneira diferenciada de educação do estresse, tem como objetivo promover um novo modo de cuidar da saúde. Nesse novo olhar a saúde, temos como definição que, "saúde vai além da ausência de doenças, é importante o bem-estar geral". O bem-estar geral inclui o cuidado com as memórias, com as emoções, com os sentimentos, com os pensamentos, com a comunicação e com o autoconhecimento. Os resultados obtidos com essa nova abordagem clínica, é a promoção do Bem-estar Geral - físico e emocional, tendo como consequência uma mudança profunda no estilo de vida e no novo modo de estar no mundo. Houve uma troca de um comportamento estressante por outro comportamento suave e harmônico. Este trabalho pode ser desenvolvido nas Empresas, Escolas, Universidades, Clínicas, Associações de Classes e, em qualquer setor da sociedade. O Estresse é uma Energia, como tal deve ser cuidado como troca de energias. Onde a respiração associada aos movimentos corporais e o autoconhecimento, promovem uma nova qualidade de vida almejada pela terapia. Tendo como resultados uma comunicação intra e interpessoal mais amena e adequada a cada situação do cotidiano individual. Cito como exemplos: a falta de diálogo no convívio familiar, levando muitos casamentos ao divórcio. A falta de interação dos componentes de uma equipe de trabalho, levando ao fracasso das atividades do grupo. A mídia quando oferece notícias inadequadas e fora da realidade.
