El presente documento consiste en el abordaje ordenado y sistemático de los problemas que acongojan a la labor educativa en nuestros días. Nos proporciona datos verídicos sobre la historia de las reformas educativas en México en los diversos procesos, épocas y personajes históricos que las propiciaron o las posibilitaron. También nos brinda enfoques epistemológicos dentro de los cuales se pregunta cómo es posible el conocimiento y cómo debemos acercarnos al ambiente educativo, con qué estrategias y con cuáles métodos. El nombramiento de instituciones con las cuales están ligadas el modelo educativo en nuestro país también se encuentra presente. Se sustenta en datos, mientras que en un segundo momento reflexiona a partir de los datos. ¿Con qué objetivo se reflexiona? Con el de encontrar los puntos de inflexión, huecos, errores, y carencias dentro a la actual inversión que hace el Estado, la formación docente que consiste meramente en reproducir conocimientos ya construidos o dados, pero sin estar acostumbrado a crearlo por él mismo mediante la investigación individual y el diálogo grupal con otros académicos, la falta aún de fundamentación y acuerdo de los principios que rigen la práctica docente etc. Todos estos problemas se aborden desde referentes teóricos como lo son la lógica y la epistemología, para contrastarlos con los elementos empíricos como son la historia y la cultura. Una vez que nos otorgan datos verídicos y señalamientos explícitos de los problemas en nuestro país con relación al tema ya dicho, nos proporcionan de búsquedas alternativas para mejorar la calidad del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. Así, para que los alumnos adquieran las habilidades y conocimientos necesarios para obtener un papel activo dentro de su contexto histórico-cultural. A su vez, para que los docentes sean conscientes que el conocimiento y su formación no es estática, dada de una vez y para siempre por modelos que otros les exigen reproducir mecánicamente, sino que siempre está en constante dinamismo. Se propone al docente tener en cuenta el contexto en el que labora para implementar las estrategias más adecuadas, esto mediante el diálogo y la investigación para construir el conocimiento. Por último, la metodología en cada texto proporciona, primero, un momento descriptivo. De tal modo que los datos son suministrado a la educación. Estos sirven de base para el segundo paso: el de valoración. A partir de lo factual, es decir, después de describir la realidad tal y como es, veremos una reflexión axiológica de lo que debería ser la realidad. Los puntos de vista son, en consecuencia, enriquecedores por cuanto ofrece algo más que la mera descripción de hechos; nos habla desde la experiencia y una referencia empírica para mejorar la calidad educativa de nuestro país y en relación con el mundo. En suma, el presente escrito elaborará un análisis, síntesis, reflexión y búsqueda de alternativas centrados en la educación. Desde puntos de vista interdisciplinarios como la historia, la cultura, la globalización, la economía, la política, el contexto social, la epistemología y la lógica.
