Tamanho. Na década de 2010, o produto interno bruto da Eslováquia era equivalente a US$96,8 bilhões ao ano; o valor da agricultura foi de US$2,4 bilhões; o valor da indústria foi de US$21,9 bilhões. Como a participação no mundo está entre 0,1% e 1%, o país é classificado como uma economia média.
Produtividade. Na década de 2010, o PIB per capita era de US$17 829,7; a agricultura per capita era de US$439,9; a indústria per capita era de US$4 029,8. Como a produtividade está entre a média e acima da média, a economia é classificada como desenvolvida.
Crescimento. Na década de 2010, o crescimento do PIB foi de 3,0%; o crescimento da agricultura foi de 5,4%; o crescimento da indústria foi de 5,5%.
Estrutura. Na década de 2010, a economia da Eslováquia era composta pelos seguintes setores: serviços (39,9%), indústria (29,5%), comércio (13,4%), transportes (8,7%), construção (6,0%), agricultura (2,6%).
Exportações e importações. Na década de 2010, as exportações foram 3,0% superiores às importações, as exportações líquidas foram iguais a 2,7% do PIB. A estrutura tecnológica das exportações é melhor do que a estrutura das importações.
Consumo e reprodução. A atitude de reprodução ao consumo não é melhor do que a média global, portanto a participação do PIB no mundo não aumentará.
