Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Note: 1,3, Universität Augsburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit geht folgender Fragestellung nach: Ist laut Eckart Liebau eine Kritik der Pädagogen an den Erkenntnissen Pierre Bourdieus gerechtfertigt? Liebau verfasste einen Beitrag mit dem Titel "Der Störenfried. Warum Pädagogen Bourdieu nicht mögen" im Sammelband "Reflexive Erziehungswissenschaft. Forschungsperspektiven im Anschluss an Pierre Bourdieu.", der erstmals im Jahr 2006 erschien. Der Text soll zur Beantwortung der Fragestellung hermeneutisch nach den Kriterien der qualitativen Forschung erschlossen werden. Im genannten Beitrag werden die Kommentare Liebaus zu den Kritikpunkten der Pädagogen an Bourdieu analysiert und somit sein Standpunkt zu dieser Kritik herausgearbeitet. Um den Text besser verstehen zu können, ist es nötig weitere Grundinformationen dazu zu kennen. Deshalb wendet sich das zweite Kapitel dieser Arbeit den Informationen zum Autor Eckart Liebau, seiner persönliche Entdeckung Bourdieus und weiterführenden Angaben des zu analysierenden Textes zu. Dies ist hilfreich, um den Text unter anderem in seinem zeitlichen und kulturellen Entstehungskontext zu verstehen. Diese Erkenntnisse werden dann zu späteren Analysen herangezogen. Daraufhin werden einige, für die Fragestellung relevante, Theorien Bourdieus vorgestellt. Hierfür wurden das Konzept des Habitus und die Kapitalsorten ausgewählt, da der begrenzte Umfang dieser Arbeit nicht sämtliche Theorien Bourdieus umfassen kann. Das anschließende vierte Kapitel stellt den Hauptteil dieser Arbeit dar. Hier werden auf Basis von Liebaus Beitrag im oben genannten Sammelband die Hauptkritikpunkte der Pädagogen an Bourdieu beschrieben und anschließend Eckart Liebaus Meinung zu dieser Kritik mit dem vorliegenden Text und weiterführender Literatur herausgearbeitet.
