When I was younger, I dreamt of "feeling good", I ate extremely healthy (what I thought was healthy) and saw countless doctors trying to fix my illnesses. Unfortunately, more health issues kept arising, and I kept getting prescribed more medication. I struggled with chronic fatigue, hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, fibromyalgia, severe brain fog, digestive disorders, developed preeclampsia, and even delivered a 25-week gestation baby. Today, I have been able to reverse my illnesses, and my son is a living miracle, and eating whole has been vital and life-changing for him too.
Over the years, I have become even more determined in learning everything that I could in order to succeed in regaining health, and I spent many years studying nutrition and the body.
I want to share information that I have learned with you in order to help you succeed too. Food is fuel, it is detoxing, it is to be enjoyed and it brings us together!
