About the Author: Rick Nesbitt grew up in Washington, DC, when the city was earning its nickname, "the Murder Capital of the United States." In hopes of bettering his circumstances, Rick made many key transformations in his life, with the most important being accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
It was during this season of life that Rick realized that changing his inner world perspectives resulted in achieving true happiness. This led him closer to God and increased his faith, allowing his perspective on life to be led by his relationship with Christ.
