About the Author: Gwen and Jill met while they were working in the banking industry. This was a meeting which took place well over twenty years ago. Gwen had given her notice on her job in Vancouver, WA. Jill, who lived in Bellingham, was selected to take over her position. This was not a chance encounter as each knew upon meeting one another they were indeed soul sisters. As fate would have it Gwen never left the bank and a strong alliance was formed. Little did they know this was the beginning of a soulful journey which could only have been inspired through the Divine! Never in their wildest imaginations could they ever have envisioned the work they would be called to do. Three years after their meeting they formed ABBA and Company and for ten years taught classes in "The Art of Joy-filled Living." It would be a long and arduous journey and unbeknownst to them, at the time, would only be the training ground for what was to come! They had no formal training, no degrees, no financial support and very little encouragement. Most thought them to be naive and a bit delusional. All their training had come from their life experiences and guidance from the Holy Spirit. Now was their time!
