In dieser Arbeit werden die allgemeinen physikalischen Grundlagen, der Aufbau und die Funktionsweise von Solarzellen erläutert. Anschließend werden die wichtigsten Parameter wie die Leerlaufspannung (VOC), Kurzschlussphotostrom (ISC), Kurzschlussstromdichte (JSC) der Füllfaktor (FF), die Quantenausbeute (QE) und Energieumwandlungseffizienz (η) erklärt, die die Qualität von Photovoltaik-Anlagen maßgeblich bestimmen. Der Hauptteil der vorliegenden Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der bisher wichtigsten anorganischen-, organischen- und Hybridsolarzelltypen. Dabei wird ihr bisher maximal erreichter Wirkungsgrad, der Handelsstand, der Aufbau, die Funktionsweise und Die Herstellungsmethoden dargestellt. Besonders detailliert wird auf die Hybrid-Perowskit-Solarzellen eingegangen, da diese wegen ihres Rekordwirkungsgrades von 22,1% (1) und die relativ kostengünstige Herstellung unter den Dünnschicht-Solarzellen aktuell als ein Durchbruch in der Photovoltaik-Technologie angesehen werden. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus dieser Arbeit werden unter Berücksichtigung der aus der Literatur bekannten Techniken und Morphologien dazu verwendet, neue Vorschläge und Lösungsansätze für die Optimierung der lichtaktiven Schicht von Solarzellen zu diskutieren.In this study the general physical principles, the structure and functioning of solar cells are explained. Subsequently, the most important parameters such as the open circuit voltage (VOC), short-circuit photocurrent (ISC), Short-circuit current density (JSC), the fill factor (FF), the quantum efficiency (QE) and energy conversion efficiency (η) are explained, which determine the quality of photovoltaic systems significantly. The main part of this work deals with a comparative study of the most important inorganic-, organic and hybrid solar cell types made to date. Thereby presenting their maximum certified efficiency, the commercial status, the structure, functioning and the perparation methods. A particularly detailed discussion is given to the hybrid perowskite solar cells, as they are considered as a breakthrough in the photovoltaics technology because of their record efficiency of 22.1% (1) and the relative low cost production among the thin film solar cells. The knowledge gained from this work will be used considering the known techniques and morphologies from the literature to make new proposals and discuss solutions for the optimization of light-active layer of solar cells.
