Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Allgemeine Didaktik, Erziehungsziele, Methoden, FernUniversität Hagen, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Im Text geht es um die Konzeption eines Schulungskonzeptes für Mitarbeiter an einem Lehrgebiet zum Vorbereiten, Durchführen und Evaluieren eines Seminars vor Ort (zum Beispiel als Teil von Blended Learning). In dieser Hausarbeit wird das 4C/ID-Modell von van Merriënboer et al. (2007) und van Merriënboer et al. (2002, S.39-64) angewendet auf das Thema. Dieser Anwendungsbereich heißt "Eine Präsenzveranstaltung durchführen als Mitarbeiter am Lehrgebiet". Besonders interessant am hier vorliegenden Thema ist für den Verfasser der Arbeit, dass er als Dozent tätig ist und somit häufig selbst Schulungen oder Seminare konzipieren, durchführen und evaluieren kann. Insofern hat sich ein Praxisbezug bei der Aufgabenstellung durchaus ergeben. Ziel des 4CID-Modelles ist es, komplexe Fertigkeiten zu trainieren und dazu so zerlegt vorzubereiten, dass Instruktionsdesigner daraus eine Lernumgebung anfertigen können für ein Instructional Design. Damit kann schrittweise diese Fertigkeit mit all ihren Teilfertigkeiten erlernt werden und in der realen Situation anzuwenden. Da das speziell zu vermittelnde Fachwissen der Präsenzveranstaltung nicht Gegenstand dieses Entwurfes ist, kann er auf verschiedene Lehrgebiete angewendet werden. Im Folgenden wird die Präsenzveranstaltung kurz als Seminar bezeichnet. Das 4CID-Modell ist ein Modell in der Tradition des Instruktionsdesigns und wurde von van Merriënboer et al. (2007, S.9ff.) entwickelt mit den Komponenten Lernaufgaben (Learning Tasks), unterstützenden Informationen (Supportive Information), Ablaufinformationen oder prozeduralen Informationen (Procedural Information) und Übung von Teilfertigkeiten oder Teilaufgaben üben (Part-task Practice).
