Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Politik - Politische Systeme - Politisches System Deutschlands, Note: 2,0, Technische Universität Kaiserslautern (FG Sozialwissenschaften), Veranstaltung: Vergleichende Regierungslehre/ Innenpolitik: Einführung in den Vergleich politischer Systeme, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Lobbyismus ist in Deutschland weit verbreitet und existiert nicht erst seit Gründung der Bundesrepublik. Schon Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts entwickelte sich im deutschen Kaiserreich ein reiches und vielfältiges Assoziationswesen aus freiwilligen Vereinigungen und Verbänden wie dem Bund deutscher Industrieller (BdI) und dem Bund deutscher Landwirte (vgl. Leif/ Speth 2006: 19). Lobbyismus gilt als Glied, das politische Interessen nicht nur mit den wirtschaftlichen, sondern auch mit den Interessen des Volkes direkt verbinden kann. Im politischen Alltag wird Lobbyismus in verschiedenen Formen praktiziert. Basis einer erfolgreichen Lobbyarbeit ist jedoch, das beide Seiten vom "Geschäft mit der Information" profitieren. Politiker holen sich Fachinformationen und Ratschläge bei Firmen und Verbänden, welche im Gegenzug durch ihre Meinung Einfluss auf die Politik nehmen können. Oftmals gehen solche "Tauschprozesse" (Leif/ Speth 2006: 16) aber auch mit Geschenken an Politiker, zusätzlichen Gehältern, oder mit, im Anschluss an die Amtsperiode versprochenen, lukrativen Posten in Aufsichtsräten einher. Hier beginnt eine Grauzone, in der sich Korruption und Lobbyismus überschneiden (vgl. Leif/ Speth 2006: 27). Dies ist auch der Grund, warum das Phänomen Lobbyismus so Medien- und Öffentlichkeitsscheu ist, was zu weiteren Vorurteilen in der Bevölkerung führt. Es bildet sich ein Teufelskreis, der nur schwer zu durchbrechen ist. In meiner Hausarbeit möchte ich mich mit der theoretischen Fundierung, sowie den Zielen, der Struktur, den Akteuren, den Vor- und Nachtteilen und der Europäisierung von Lobbyismus widmen.
