About the Author: Mrs Stephonia Roberts is an avid lover of the old poets that influenced her writing style such as Byron, Keats, and Frost. As a poet Mrs Roberts has recited her poetry at Tarrant County College Southeast Campus as a featured poet for the Women Conference, The Dogan Alumni Association and Texas Christian University Upward Bound Association Alumni. She is a Christian Literary Award Winner for her book Stories from Big Mama's Porch about her childhood living with her grandmother. Mrs Roberts has been featured on many live and digital radio shows as an author and featured poet. She has published 6 books Mrs Jacks Pantry (emphasizing on healthy cooking cookbook), The Groceries of Life (poetry) Loving You (daily inspirational thoughts and stories), Haircentric (a how to book on healthy hair), Short Stories from Big Mama's Porch: Country Life and Drops of Shade: A Reflection of Race. In her spare time she is an avid gardener in her Garden of Eve where she hosts and teaches nutrition and alternative life style changes;a garden to the table series which includes a five course educational meal held twice a year.
