About the Book

Strictly controlled by space station personnel, in agreement with the Tri Star Corporation, Moon Colony Two was in its fourth year when a small boy began his journey. Max had been selected of many applicants to become a member of the tenth class of students at the Dream Cast Institute located on the space station orbiting the moon. The Dream Cast Institute was where the Controllers groomed their successors. If he demonstrated the aptitude, Max could take his place among the Controllers. Controllers had been installed to supervise operations from the Earth Moon Space Station, because of their special abilities as lucid dreamers and therefore their ability to access the minds of others. They had been able to monitor every aspect of the mining and agricultural operation in Earth Moon Colony Two.
About the Author: Kenneth Leslie Graves, is a 57 year old Social Worker, born and raised in the part of New York City known as the "academic acropolis." His childhood interest in detective and science fiction stories crept into his writing. He began in February 2010 and, as of March, 2011- he has produced a number of crime adventure science fiction novels with a twist of mythology. All of his work, to date, is based on a single story line. He does not consider himself a science fiction writer, but rather, as a futurist. His books are in paperback and available on e-readers. Starting with the present day, adult material, the story line led him to develop a future series that falls into the science fiction genre while remaining true to the crime adventure category. He has been a lucid dreamer since age eleven. While writing, he found that the story line played out in diverse ways in his dreams. He said he did not know what lucid dreaming was until doing research for the dream caster, youth series. His method of writing is to mull over ideas for a story, dream about the story line, and then test out the dream content with the conscious plot he devised. To support my fictional characters, he employs caricatures of people he knows, or knows. After getting their feedback and consent, he continues to develop the plot, and once again, presents the material to them. Today, his works include a host of exciting characters both fictional and real. He plans to continue the dream caster series as e-books of short length, similar to the novella art form. Meanwhile, he has one unpublished crime adventure, mythology novel for which he seeks a publisher (The Dark Butterfly Murders). He considers it his best work. The teen appropriate dream caster materials, have evolved into a science fiction soap opera, using situations from his earlier creations which he felt were buried in those creations. Rediscovering those situations, have given him new ideas, hence the newly released soap opera material, a mix of crime adventure, science fiction and erotica for adults. Less than two years into writing, he has posted an index card his my home office that says "Novel writing is like Mountain Climbing." He said it has been an amazing climb. A special thanks to Sharlene Lopez of Australia for all of her support. Thanks also to Cesar Prada, Artist, who agreed to allow the use of one of his paintings as the cover of the Dream Cast Controller Trilogy.
