About the Book

In der hier vorliegenden Arbeit "Diversitats-orientierte Festphasen-Synthesen von funf-gliedrigen benzoannelierten Stickstoff-Heterocyclen" sollten neue Synthesen von Indolen und Benzotriazolen an fester Phase entwickelt werden. Fur die Synthese von Indolen an fester Phase wurden verschiedene meta- und para-Nitrobenzoesauren an Merrifield-Harz immobilisiert. Die anschliessend durchgefuhrte Bartoli-Synthese lieferte festphasen-gebundene Indole, die mit Natriummethanolat zu den entsprechenden Methylesterindolen abgespalten wurden. Auf diesem Wege konnte eine Matrix von 31 Indolen hergestellt werden. Des Weiteren konnte an zwolf Beispielen gezeigt werden, dass die Einfuhrung weiterer Diversitat am Phenyl-Ring uber Palladium-vermittelnde Kreuzkupplungs-Reaktionen (Suzuki-, Sonogashira-Hagihara- und Stille-Reaktion) moglich ist. Fur die Festphasen-Synthese von Benzotriazolen wurden diverse ortho-Nitroaniline an N-(Benzylaminomethyl)-polystyrol uber eine Azo-Kupplung immobilisiert und mit Natriumsulfid-Monohydrat in basischem Milieu zur Amino-Funktion reduziert. Nach saurer Abspaltung konnten acht Benzotriazole erhalten werden. Die im Benzotriazol-Gerust befindliche NH-Funktion bietet sich zur Einfuhrung weiterer Diversitat an und es sollte an ortho-Aminotriazenyl-Harzen einerseits eine N-Acylierung und andererseits eine N-Arylierung mittels Hartwig-Buchwald-Reaktion durchgefuhrt werden. Durch Acylierung der ortho-Aminotriazenyl-Harze konnten drei acylierte Benzotriazole nach saurer Abspaltung erzielt werden. Die Arylierung der ortho-Aminotriazenyl-Harze uber eine Hartwig-Buchwald-Reaktion lieferte nach saurer Abspaltung acht arylierte Benzotriazole. In der hier vorliegenden Arbeit konnten somit 50 funf-gliedrige benzoannelierte Stickstoff-Heterocyclen (31 Indole und 19 Benzotriazole) an fester Phase dargestellt werden.
