More about this dive log book
Each individual log contains boxes for all the key details a scuba diver might like to record after a dive: Dive Number, Date, Dive Site, Country, Time In/Out, Tank Pressure Start/End, Weights, Cylinder, Maximum Depth, Bottom Time, and Safety Stop (depth/duration).
There's a section to record information about the Surface Interval, Pressure Group (before and after the dive), Residual Nitrogen Time (RNT), Actual Bottom Time from the previous dive (ABT), and Total Bottom Time for the next dive (TBT).
Other sections allow recording of details like Visibility, Temperature (air/surface/bottom), Exposure Protection (dry suit, semi suit, wet suit, shorty, hood, gloves, boots), and Dive Conditions (fresh, salt, waves, shore, boat, drift, night, other).
There's ample room for notes on equipment and tools used, marine life seen on the dive, underwater activities, bottom conditions and any issues encountered.
Finally, there's a section for Bottom Time to Date, Time of this Dive, Cumulative Dive Time, and a box for a Verification Signature.
The comprehensive dive log entry pages are followed by 5 blank lined pages. These pages in the back provide space for recording contact information (buddies, dive instructors, resorts, dive centers), notes, reminders, or equipment servicing dates.
At the front there is one dedicated page for personal details, emergency contacts and medical information. This serves both practical and safety purposes. In case of an emergency your buddy or diving instructor can find useful information here about the people he needs to inform, your blood type, possible allergies, medication, and details about your health insurance.
Makes a perfect gift for any recreational diver!
