Die vorliegende Dissertation behandelt grundlegende inverse Probleme der diskreten Tomographie im Fall von gewissen Delone Mengen, die, wie beispielsweise Gitter, eine weitreichende Ordnungsstruktur aufweisen. Als wichtigste Klasse wird die diskreteTomographie von Systemen aperiodischer Ordnung, genauer, von Streifenprojektionsmengen (auch Quasigitter oder mathematischeQuasikristalle genannt), studiert. Wir betrachten eine kleine Menge U von M-Richtungen, d.h. von Richtungen u, die parallel zu von Null verschiedenen Elementen derDifferenzmenge M-M von M sind. Wir nehmen weiter an, dass die Anzahl der Elemente von endlichen Teilmengen von M auf saemtlichen Linienparallel zu diesen Richtungen als Datum gegeben ist. Die naheliegenden algorithmischen Probleme sind dann die Frage nach der Konsistenz dergegebenen Daten, die Rekonstruktion einer Menge aus diesen Projektionsdaten und die Frage nach der Eindeutigkeit dieser Rekonstruktion. Da das Rekonstruktionsproblem viele (wesentlich)verschiedene Loesungen haben kann, ist man auch an der (eindeutigen) Bestimmung moeglichst grosser Klassen K von endlichen Teilmengen von Minteressiert, in denen die Projektionsdaten charakterisierend sind. Dies verlangt eine kleine Menge U von M-Richtungen mit der Eigenschaft, dass zwei Elemente von K genau dann uebereinstimmen, wenn ihre oben beschriebenen Projektionsdaten bezueglich der Richtungen vonU uebereinstimmen. Ebenfalls wird in der vorliegenden Arbeit die interaktive Technik der sukzessiven Bestimmung diskutiert. Im Gegensatz zum Konzept der Bestimmung ist es hier erlaubt, die Richtungen induktiv zu waehlen, genauer darf die Information ueber die schon vorhandenen Projektionsdaten benutzt werden, bevor die naechste Richtung ausgewaehlt wird. Es werden hinreichende Bedingungen dafuer abgeleitet, dass die konvexen Teilmengen einer algebraischen Delone Menge M im R2 (diekonvexen Teilmengen von M sind endliche Teilmengen von M, deren uebliche konvexe Huelle keinen neuen Elemente von M enthaelt) durch 4 paarweise nicht-parallele M-Richtungen bestimmt wird. Ebenfalls wird gezeigt, dass weniger als vier M-Richtungen niemals diese Eigenschaft haben. Fuer gewisse Kreisteilungs-Streifenprojektionsmengen M im R2wird auch die Existenz geeigneter vier paarweise nicht-paralleler M-Richtungen nachgewiesen. Es stellt sich heraus, dass diese Ergebnisse benutzt werden koennen, um entsprechende Resultate fuer den Fall von Ikosaeder-Streifenprojektionsmengen im R3 zu erhalten. In Bezug auf das interaktive Konzept der sukzessiven Bestimmung wirdgezeigt, dass sowohl die Menge der endlichen Teilmengen einer Kreisteilungs-Streifenprojektionsmenge M als auch die einer Ikosaeder-Streifenprojektionsmenge M durch geeignete 2 nicht-parallele M-Richtungen sukzessive bestimmt wird. Ebenfalls wird gezeigt, dass fuer eine grosse Klasse von Kreisteilungs-Streifenprojektionsmengen undIkosaeder-Streifenprojektionsmengen M die oben beschriebenen algorithmischen Probleme fuer gegebene Projektionsdaten in 2nicht-parallele M-Richtungen (einschraenkend sind im Fall von Ikosaeder-Streifenprojektionsmengen dabei nur gewisse M-Richtungen erlaubt) im reellen RAM-Modell in polynomieller Zeit loesbar sind
