Dabei wird basierend auf wissenschaftlichen Quellen der Fragestellung nachgegangen, welche zusätzlichen Anforderungen sich im Zuge einer zunehmenden Digitalisierung für die Unternehmenskultur und für die Führung von Organisationen ergeben. In diesem Kontext wird die Fragestellung anhand des fiktiven Beispielunternehmens Bauernmühle beleuchtet. Nicht zuletzt fokussiert sich die Arbeit auch darauf, Einflüsse der Digitalisierung auf der psychologisch-emotionalen Ebene zu untersuchen. Die Arbeit beginnt mit der Erarbeitung der theoretischen Grundlagen, nachdem im ersten Teil auf die Relevanz des Themas hingewiesen wurde. Dabei wird zunächst der Begriff Digitalisierung definiert. Basierend auf dem aktuellen Stand der Wissenschaft werden ferner Anforderungen an eine digitale Unternehmenskultur und an die digitale Führung erläutert sowie auf Einflüsse der Digitalisierung auf die psychologisch-emotionale Ebene eingegangen. Das Kapitel wird schließlich mit einer kurzen Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse abgerundet. Daran schließt sich das dritte Kapitel der Operationalisierung an, in welchem die erarbeiteten empirischen Grundlagen angewendet werden. Dazu wird zunächst das fiktive Beispielunternehmen "Bauernmühle" vorgestellt, um im Anschluss die veränderten Anforderungen an die Unternehmenskultur der Organisation im Zuge der Digitalisierung herauszuarbeiten. Darüber hinaus werden Einflüsse auf die psychologisch-emotionale Ebene der Firma aufgezeigt und die notwendigen Qualifikationsprofile der Führungskräfte von Bauernmühle erläutert. Die kritische Diskussion in Kapitel 4 bewertet schließlich die Ergebnisse aus Kapitel 3. Die Arbeit endet mit einer kurzen Zusammenfassung und einem Ausblick.
