Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulpädagogik, Note: gut, Technische Universität Kaiserslautern (Human Ressources), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Herbert Altrichter stellt in seinem Buch "Innenansichten guter Schulen" die Frage, ob wirklich immer alles anders werden müsse und ob Schulen, an denen es keine Missstände gäbe, nicht einfach so bleiben könnten, wie sie eben seien. Er beantwortet diese Frage auch gleich, indem er sagt: "... wer sich nicht von sich aus entwickelt, steht in Gefahr, durch die Bewegung seines Umfeldes verändert zu werden. Wer Bestehendes erhalten will, kann das nur, indem er es transformiert, indem er durch Entwicklungsmaßnahmen konstruktiv und verstehend auf die Bewegungen seiner Umgebung in einer zukunftsorientierten Strategie antwortet." In der vorliegenden Arbeit geht es um den kontinuierlichen Prozess der Schulentwicklung, um die Notwendigkeit, auf die sich ständig ändernden Bedingungen und Voraussetzungen zu reagieren. Es geht auch um die Frage, wie Differenzierung und Individualisierung als zentraler Kern einer neuen Lernkultur und Basis für nachhaltige Lernprozesse verwirklicht werden können. Wie ist es möglich, Lehr- und Lernformen, die diesen Aspekt betreffen, so in die Praxis einfließen zu lassen, dass nicht nur einzelne Lehrer sondern eine ganze Schule Differenzierung und Individualisierung als wichtiges Anliegen erkennt, entsprechende Strukturen schafft und Lehrer motiviert kontinuierlich ihren Unterricht diesbezüglich zu verbessern. Zunächst bringen wir einen kurzen Überblick über die Entwicklung des österreichischen Schulsystems, wobei wir den Schwerpunkt auf die letzten 30 Jahre bis zur Einführung der Neuen Mittelschule im Jahr 2008 setzen. Das pädagogische Konzept hinter dieser Entscheidung geht von einer neuen Lernkultur aus, die auch den Umgang mit Differenzen als zentrales Anliegen sieht. Das Kapitel 3 beschäftigt sich genauer mit dieser neuen Lernkultur und stellt die bekanntesten Lerntheorien vor
