About the Book
"What Difference Does It Make?!" describes what many people are simply ignorant about, when it comes to law. Ever since after the American Civil War, our national government was reorganized as a corporation, or a more softer and deceptive term; a democracy, which prompted the addition of the 14th Amendment to our Constitution. Essentially, this particular Amendment changed the status of every American then and forever from being sovereign Citizens of their respective States to be "Federalized" into U.S. citizens. If you have not already noticed, sovereign State citizenship is spelled with a capital "C" and U.S. citizen is spelled with a small "c". The difference is not as subtle as one might expect. It is this distinction that means you are either a sovereign or a slave. In law, words mean everything, and as just for one example the word "is". In matters of law, this particular word can have 17 different meanings, for which Bill Clinton was absolutely correct when he stated, "It all depends what the word "is" is." Another example are the words "of" and "for". Again, there a distinct difference as to who is the owner of the Constitution! The organic title was; "The Constitution for the United States", but between 1868 and 1871, this was changed to read; "The Constitution of the United States", for which is etched in stone in Washington D.C. The word "for" means it was "We The People" who were the depicted owner of said document. The word "of" means that it is the government of the United States who now has possession. The cover of this book aptly describes the contents, so at least in this case you can judge a book by its cover! This is a caricature is of "Lady Justice", but as you can see with some changes that aptly describe our current system of law. The more overt observation, shows how bias our system of law has overcome the constitutional venue. Lady Justice also has her left eye peeking from under the blindfold, which means that justice is no longer blind! The blood on the sword is no longer touching the ground, but raised up and dripping with the blood of those who were sacrificed, in order to maintain "The Matrix". Mark-Edward: DeBarbieri, RM
