Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich BWL - Investition und Finanzierung, Note: 2,1, Fachhochschule Düsseldorf, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: "Unter welchen Bedingungen würde die Sharing Economy als langfristig angesehen werden oder nur als Hype?". Um diese Frage zu beantworten werden die Erfolgsfaktoren der Sharing Economy untersucht. Im Zuge dieser wissenschaftlichen Arbeit wurde eine qualitative Befragung (Experteninterviews) durchgeführt, um durch das Wissen von Experten die Forschungsfrage genauer zu untersuchen und zu beantworten. Dadurch sollen Erkenntnisse über die Erfolgsfaktoren gewonnen werden, die maßgeblich für den Erfolg und das Bestehen der Sharing-Economy-Branche sind. Zudem können mit Hilfe der Befragung Erkenntnisse über Handlungsempfehlungen und zukünftige Entwicklungen gewonnen werden. Obwohl das Eigentum von Gütern lange als das hauptsächliche Konsummotiv galt, folgen derzeit immer mehr Menschen dem Motto "Nutzen statt Besitzen". Die Sharing Economy führt einerseits zu einer grundsätzlichen Änderung der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation und formt anderseits neue Arten des Konsumverhaltens und Wirtschaftens. Die vermehrten Eingriffe in die Natur bergen das Risiko, langanhaltende Auswirkungen auf unseren Planeten zu haben. Als Beispiel entsteht durch die Landwirtschaft, der Industrie, dem Verkehr und dem Energiesektor eine hohe Stickstoffbelastung. Die stetig ansteigende Umweltproblematik zeigt sich beispielsweise deutlich in der globalen Erderwärmung, durch die sich unser Planet aufheizt. Dies ist in der Erdgeschichte schon häufiger geschehen, allerdings nicht in der Geschwindigkeit der vergangenen zweihundert Jahre. Die Schuld daran wird deutlich den Menschen zugeschrieben. Umso wichtiger ist es, Lösungen zu finden, die diesen Umweltproblemen entgegenwirken. Eine mögliche Lösung die der Umweltproblematik entgegenwirken könnte, stellt die Sharing Economy dar.
