In der folgenden Arbeit werden Folgerungen für Beratungskonzepte unter Berücksichtigung verhaltenswissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse erläutert. Denn insbesondere die Kenntnis, wie und warum Anleger Entscheidungen treffen, kann entscheidend für die Empfehlung von Anlagelösungen sein, zumal ein aus psychologischer Perspektive zufriedener Kunde bereit sein wird eine dauerhafte und erfolgreiche Beziehung mit einem Berater einzugehen. Entscheidend für die Konzeption der Beratungslösungen sind nicht nur die Anlageergebnisse, sondern das Wohlbefinden des Kunden in Bezug auf sein Investment während der Anlagephase. Die im folgenden dargestellten Beratungslösungen beziehen sich hauptsächlich auf das Private Banking Segment. Eine Abgrenzung zum Retail Banking kann in Bezug auf das frei disponible Geldvermögen der Kundschaft vorgenommen werden. Ab einem disponiblen Vermögen von ca. 300.000 Euro werden Leistungen des Private Banking angeboten, wobei die segmentspezifischen Grenzen je nach Bank variieren. In Abschnitt 2 werden in einem allgemeinen Rahmen verhaltenswissenschaftliche Phänomene der Behavioral Finance erläutert. Hier wird Mental Accounting, welches Thaler zuzuschreiben ist, sowie das Konzept der Loss Aversion von Kahneman und Tversky dargestellt. In Abschnitt 3 werden diese verhaltenswissenschaftlichen Phänomene aufgegriffen und erweitert. So wird in Anschnitt 3.1 nach kurzem Aufzeigen der Portfolioeffizienz gemäß der modernen Portfolio-Theorie nach Markowitz eine zielorientierte Ermit
