Sie stellt ein umfassendes Projekt dar, welches je nach interner Zielsetzung, das Engagement der Mitarbeiter fördern, ihre Loyalität erhöhen, Führung verbessern, Veränderungen forcieren und Talente binden will. Die Mitarbeiterbefragung ist somit ein modernes personalpolitisches Instrument, das allerdings professionell angewendet werden muss, um Misserfolge zu vermeiden. Ein anzunehmender Misserfolg stellt eine geringe Rücklaufquote oder das unehrliche Beantworten der Fragen dar. In dieser Arbeit soll untersucht werden, inwiefern eine interne Mitarbeiter- Informationskampagne einem solchen Misserfolg entgegen wirken kann, d.h inwieweit sie sich also positiv auf Teilnahme und Offenheit der Mitarbeiter auswirkt. Um die zentrale Fragestellung beantworten zu können, wird zu Beginn der Begriff der Mitarbeiterbefragung definiert. Anschließend werden verschiede Möglichkeiten vorgestellt, um die verschieden Formen von Mitarbeiterbefragungen zu präzisieren. Dabei stehen besonders die Funktionen und Ziele einer Mitarbeiterbefragung im Vordergrund. Schließlich werden im Abschnitt vier Informationsprozesse vor, während und nach einer Mitarbeiterbefragung erläutert und hinsichtlich ihres Zweckes beleuchtet. Im Fazit wird mit Hilfe der vorgestellten Informationen die Forschungsfrage "Inwieweit trägt eine interne Informationskampagne zum Erfolg einer Mitarbeiterbefragung bei?" beantwortet. Der Schwerpunkt dieser Arbeit liegt somit auf den Informationsprozessen, die eine Mitarbeiterbefragung begleiten. Andere Aspekte wie Konzeption des Fragebogens, Auswertung, Datenaufbereitung u.
