Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Physik - Thermodynamik, Note: 3,0, Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (Gießerei-Institut), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird der volumetrische Wärmeübergangskoeffizient beim Niederdruckgießverfahren vom strömenden Flüssigmetall unmittelbar an die Filterstruktur untersucht. Im Vergleich zu dem volumetrischen Wärmeübergangskoeffizient ist der normale Wärmeübergangskoeffizient schwer zu bestimmen wegen der komplexen Struktur innerhalb der Filter. Bei dem Niederdruckgießverfahren wird die geschmolzene Aluminiumlegierung aus einem Tiegel über ein Steigrohr durch 4 angelegte Filter in eine Form mithilfe eines Drucks gefördert. Die optimalen Parameter für das reproduzierbare Niederdruckgießen sind in dieser Arbeit zu ermitteln. Zuerst wurden die relevanten Begriffe über das Niederdruckgießverfahren, das Formstoffsystem, die Schaumkeramik und die theoretischen Grundlagen des Wärmeübergangs in porösen Medien dargelegt. Im Anschluss erfolgten die Versuchsvorbereitung und die Versuchsverfahren. Danach wurden die Auswertungsverfahren und die Versuchsergebnisse erörtert. In den Anhängen kann eine komplette Tabelle mit allen Parameter der Hauptversuche gefunden werden. Ab 2011 wurde der Sonderforschungsbereich 920 an der Technischen Universität Bergakademie Freiberg gestartet, um einen multifunktionalen Filter für die Metallschmelze zu entwickeln. Durch diese Filter können anorganische nichtmetallische Einschlüssen von Metallschmelzen mit zwei Wirkprinzipien reduziert, um zum null Defekt Material beizutragen. Das erste Wirkprinzip ist die Abscheidung der Einschlüsse durch eine aktive chemische Beschichtung auf den Funktionshohlräumen mit einem geeigneten Druckverhältnis. Das zweite Wirkprinzip ist die Reaktion von Filteroberfläche mit der Gasverunreinigung.
