About the Book

Dieses Buch befasst sich mit dem Diskurs der Inklusion im schulischen und außerschulischen Kontext. Eingangs wird die Partizipation erörtert. Zu dieser gehören Inklusion, Integration und Exklusion. Anhand dessen werden anschließend die Chancen und Risiken der Partizipation aufgezeigt. Darauf folgt die Erläuterung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention (UN-BRK) und der Salamanca-Erklärung. Das Schulsystem (Hessen) wird anhand der einzelnen Schulformen sowie dem Recht auf Bildung und der Bildungsgerechtigkeit in Korrelation mit dem Artikel 24 der UN-BRK analysiert. Für ein positives Beispiel schulischer Inklusion wird eine Förderschule aus Nordhessen erwähnt. Nachfolgend wird die Leistungsgesellschaft mittels der Begriffe Gesellschaft und Erwerbsarbeit im Zusammenhang mit dem Artikel 27 der UN-BRK dargelegt. Die vorliegenden Ergebnisse werden daraufhin zusammengeführt. Hinzu kommt die Sichtweise der Sozialen Arbeit auf die Thematik des Buches, die Herausstellung der erarbeiteten Diskrepanzen und die jeweiligen Interventionsmöglichkeiten. Abschließend wird eine Zukunftsperspektive aufgezeigt, wie schulische Inklusion gelingen kann und wie diese mit der außerschulischen Inklusion korreliert.
About the Author: Timo Malecha, B.A. wurde 1990 in Hannover geboren. Seit 2010 arbeitet er stationär mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Von 2011-2014 absolvierte der Autor eine Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger an der Hephata Akademie für soziale Berufe. Sein Studium Soziale Arbeit schloss er 2019 mit dem akademischen Grad Bachelor of Arts an der Evangelischen Hochschule Darmstadt erfolgreich ab. Bereits vor seiner Ausbildung befasste sich Timo Malecha eingehend mit der Thematik Inklusion und griff diese auch im Studium sowohl theoretisch als auch praktisch regelmäßig auf. Vor allem die praktischen Erfahrungen an einer Förderschule motivierten ihn, sich in diesem Buch intensiver mit der Thematik gesellschaftlicher Inklusion in Korrelation mit Förderschulen zu befassen.
